PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None. OLD BUSINESS: MSU College of Nursing – 331 Heritage Way –Planning advised that the easement agreement was approved by the City Attorney and that it will be recorded soon. Public Works has comments out. Parks is waiting for updated landscape plans. Planning also advised that there will be 2 waivers of SID required. This will be on the agenda next week. Flathead Co. Courthouse – 800 S Main – parking lot – Planning sent a status request. Public Works advised that this project will probably resume in the spring. This will be on the agenda next week. Costco – Jefferson Blvd – store/fuel station – Public Works has comments out. Parks is waiting on landscaping plans. Planning advised that there is no subdivision yet. Parks to check on KNTC Ph 7 landscaping plans. Planning advised that they need to apply for Final Plat. This will be on the agenda next week. Kynzie Lane Townhomes – 1715 5th Ave E – new townhomes – Planning sent comments regarding landscaping between the driveways out and iadvised that they are weaing on the amended plat. This will be on the agenda next week. Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Public Works has a new site plan in their review queue. Parks, Planning, and Public Works discussed the pond. Planning advised that the PUD requires it to be aesthetically pleasing. Parks will email them with their feedback. This will be on the agenda next week. Project Wolfpack – United Dr – warehouse/distribution –Public Works is still waiting on a complete submittal. Parks advised that no irrigation plans have been submitted and that the landscaping plans are insufficient. Planning advised that the Ag Exemption will need to be removed. This will be on the agenda next week. Birds Nest – 120 Financial Drive – new daycare building – Planning advised that the floodplain permit is finally moving forward. Public Works has comments out. Parks advised that the landscaping plans are incomplete. This will be on the agenda next week. H&H Express – 140 School House Loop – warehouse/distribution – Public Works and Parks have comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. Montarise Landing – 570 E Swift Creek Way (Bldg 1) – Mixed Use – Public Works has this in their queue and advised that the garbage enclosure and water configuration will need to change. Planning discussed signage and parking. NEW ITEMS:– Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – incomplete submittals. This will be on the agenda next week. Dills Hangar – 80 Ryan Lane – new hangar (formerly Barge Hangar) – all departments are good, this has passed through site review.
