Subject: EXTERNAL The restriction of crusing in Kalispell
We are writing to agree with the idea of eliminating cruising in downtown Kalispell.
Not only does it bring noise to residents and businesses that interupts their privacy,
it gives unwarranted freedom to those who are in a minority to seize the common space for their own
pleasure. I agree that those who continue to disrupt by cruising should be fined and if need be jailed.
