Mayor Johnson called the meeting to order at 7 p.m.

C. DISCUSSION
1. Lead Service Line Replacement Funding Review A a
Public Works Director Susie Turner presented the staff report.

Funding Review
Director Turner reviewed the funding options available to Council to comply with
mandates related to lead service line replacement.

asked about the historic replacement of lead service lines.

had to replace their own lead service lines.

consequences if homeowners would not allow access.
