HEAR THE PUBLIC: None. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning and Public Works is working on cleaning up the files and will be sending notices out soon. OLD BUSINESS: MSU College of Nursing – 331 Heritage Way – Public Works has comments out and is working with their engineers. Planning advised that they responded to Parks’ comments and that the parking easement has not been received. This will be on the agenda next week.
Peak Fitness – 637 E Idaho St – fitness center – Building advised that new plans came in this week and there are comments
out. This will be on the agenda next week.
Flathead Co. Courthouse – 800 S Main – parking lot – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Costco – Jefferson Blvd – store/fuel station – Public Works has comments out and Planning sent pedestrian comments out.
Planning also advised that the final plat should be coming this fall. Public Works needs the reimbursable deposit for Phase 7. This will be on the agenda next week.
Dog Club Paving – 111 W Idaho St – new parking lot – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Kynzie Lane Townhomes – 1715 5th Ave E – new townhomes – Public Works is working on comments. Planning and Public Works discussed curbs and sidewalk requirements This will be on the agenda next week.
Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Public Works is reviewing resubmittal that was received Monday 9/23. Planning advised that the developer is working on their final plat and discussed Ph 3 fencing and bonding. This will be on the agenda next week.
Project Wolfpack – United Dr – warehouse/distribution – Public Works is waiting on a complete submittal. Planning
advised that the boundary line adjustment is coming in soon. This will be on the agenda next week.
Birds Nest – 120 Financial Drive – new daycare building – Public Works is still waiting on a complete submittal. Planning is working on their floodplain permit and advised that they will be combining lots. This will be on the agenda next week.
H&H Express – 140 School House Loop – warehouse/distribution – Building review is complete. Public Works has this in their queue. This will be on the agenda next week.
