the Lower Zone Storage Tank
Replacement —Schedule 1:
Reservoir 1 project. The project
Primarily consists of furnishing
materials, labor, and equip-
ment required to demolish and
reconstruct Reservoir 1 and its
surrounding infrastructure.
Plans and specifications may
be examined beginning August
11, 2024, through QuestCDN
and bidding documents must be
submitted through QuestCDN.
Bidding instructions and the por-
tal for QuestCDN are on the City
website at: https://www.kalispell,
com/bids.aspx. Bids will be
received by QuestCDN until 2:00
PM on Thursday, September 26,
2024. At that time, all bids will be
publicly opened in the City Hall
First Floor Conference Room,
201 1 st Ave. East, Kalispell
59901. A Pre -Bid Meeting will be
held at City Hall in the First Floor
conference room at 201 1 st Ave
E at 2:00 PM on Thursday, Sep-
tember 12, 2024. Plan holders
may also attend virtually. Any
bidder wishing further informa-
tion may obtain the same from
