PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning advised that the bond for the Silos will be coming any day and will follow up on the bond for trail repair. OLD BUSINESS: MSU College of Nursing – 331 Heritage Way – Public Works and Parks have comments out. Planning advised that the parking easement should be coming in soon. This will be on the agenda next week.
Peak Fitness – 637 E Idaho St – fitness center – Planning advised that Jackola is working on the landscape plans. This will
be on the agenda next week.
Flathead Co. Courthouse – 800 S Main – parking lot – Public Works has comments out and followed up with the engineer. This will be on the agenda next week.
Costco – Jefferson Blvd – store/fuel station – Public Works and Building have comments out. Planning to contact them to add sidewalks to the site for better accessibility. This will be on the agenda next week.
Dog Club Paving – 111 W Idaho St – new parking lot – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Kynzie Lane Townhomes – 1715 5th Ave E – new townhomes – Fire review is complete. Public Works has plans under review. This will be on the agenda next week.
Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Public Works has comments out. This will be on the agenda next week.
Project Wolfpack – United Dr – warehouse/distribution – Public Works has this in their queue and will be reviewing soon.

Birds Nest – 120 Financial Drive – new daycare building – Public Works is still waiting on civils. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
H&H Express – 140 School House Loop – warehouse/distribution – Building has comments out. Public Works stated that not all pages in their submittal were named. This will be on the agenda next week.
OTHER: Fairbridge Inn – Planning advised the committee that they had a conversation with the property owner who stated that they were experiencing funding issues due to the length of time it has taken to start the project. Planning also advised that the owner would be sending a project timeline soon and that they plan to have a contractor start cleanup soon. Building advised that they are still waiting on revised plans that were supposed to have been sent in August. Planning advised that the plans will be completely different than the 2022 plans and that they will not be for multi-family. Planning stated that they advised the owner that plans will need to be brought to the 2021 codes.
