HEAR THE PUBLIC: None. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Public Works received the warranty bond for Starling. Planning advised that the bond for Silos Ph 2 should be coming in soon. Planning also advised that some services in Starling will need to be relocated/abandoned due to new addresses coming through. OLD BUSINESS: MSU College of Nursing – 331 Heritage Way – Electrical plans were received 9/11/24. Parks has comments out. Planning to follow up with them regarding the status of the parking easement. This will be on the agenda next week.
Peak Fitness – 637 E Idaho St – fitness center – Planning advised that WGM reached out regarding the landscape
buffer width; it may need to be reduced to accommodate the ADA parking size requirements. Public Works may have comments on the driveway width and sidewalk change. This will be on the agenda next week.
Flathead Co. Courthouse – 800 S Main – parking lot – Public Works will have comments back from them soon.
This will be on the agenda next week.
Costco – Jefferson Blvd – store/fuel station – Public Works has comments out. Planning advised that there is no resolution on the bonding yet. Planning will follow up with the Fire Chief to determine water supply. This will be
on the agenda next week.
Dog Club Paving – 111 W Idaho St – new parking lot – Nothing new. Public Works still has comments out. This will be on the agenda next week.
Kynzie Lane Townhomes – 1715 5th Ave E – new townhomes – Public Works has response comments in their queue. Planning reached out to them regarding townhouse sublots. This will be on the agenda next week.
Stillwater Crossing Apartments – 430 Stillwater – Bldgs H,J,K,L & M – This conditionally passed through site
review pending Public Works’ approval.
Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Public Works and Building have comments out. Building advised that the Geotech reports sis still pending. Planning advised that the Final Plat should be completed soon. This will be on the agenda next week.
Project Wolfpack – United Dr – warehouse/distribution – Public Works has this in their queue. This will be on
the agenda next week.
Birds Nest – 120 Financial Drive – new daycare building – Public Works is waiting on civils. Building has comments out. Planning advised that the floodplain permit needs to updated. This will be on the agenda next
week.
OTHER BUSINESS: Public Works advised that Valley Bank paved without a permit and that they are working with them. Planning advised that if there were no changes made to the parking lot that they would have no issues.
