The bid request requires delivery
of a ready for service front end
loader with a 3.5-yard bucket,
and two attachments including
a 2-yard leaf grabber and a
V-plow wing combo unit. Bidding
documents may be examined at
the Gity of Kalispell Public Works
Department, 201 tstAvenue
East, Kalispell, Mont ina 59901.
Specifications may he examined
beginning Sunday August26,
2024, through QuestCDN via
the City of Kalispell QuestCDN
project portal.

The City will be only accepting
online electronic bids through
QuestCDN.
A pre -bid inspection of the
trade-in vehicle, a 2000 John
Deere TC54H, can be scheduled
through the City of Kalispell.

This Project is funded through
Special Street Maintenance
Fund Machinery & Equipment.
The bidder must meet all
requirements of the appropriate
Local/Federal/State agencies, as
indicated in the specifications.
The City will accept the lowest
responsible bid, but the Council
reserves the right to reject any
and all bids or to waive any tech-
nicality or informality and accept
any bid which may be deemed in
the best interest of the City.
The successful bidder will be
required to abide by Federal and
State Iaws, particularly Section
18-2-401 et seq., M.C.A. (Mon-
tana Prevailing Wage Rates).
