Hi Mayor Johnson,
As you are aware, the Samaritan House has started their capital campaign to raise $16.9M for the Building
Stability Project that includes adding family and veteran supportive housing to the administrative property
located at 1110 2nd Street West in Kalispell.
We are very excited to invite you to join us at the Building Stability Groundbreaking Event on September 26th
from 4-6pm! This is a family friendly carnival themed event and will include food, games and live music.
We do have a dunk tank at the event are looking for volunteers to participate in the dunk tank and are
hopeful that you would be willing to support the event by volunteering in the dunk tank. I have created a
volunteer sign up for the dunk tank that can be found here:

to be in the dunk tank itself for 10 minutes with 2.5 minutes on either side to get in and out of the tank.
Council Member Hunter has committed to one of the dunk tank slots and I hope you will consider this
volunteer opportunity to support this great project in our community. I hope to fill the remaining 5 volunteer
slots by the 11th of September.
