After hours of investigation and surveillance review, the Kalispell Police Department has arrested Lewis Anthony
[rooks. a 25'yeapo|d male from Kalispell. Lewis will be held at the Flathead County Detention Center and charged
with Criminal Endangerment. This arrest is a great example of community and police partnerships being critical to
public safety. This investigation is ongoing and anyone having additional information about this shooting is
encouraged tocontact KP[}Detective Shane Lidstromat4O6-758-778O.
On 8/26/2O24atapproximately 9am, officers vviththe Kalispell Police Department responded toa suspicious
circumstance's complaint inthe 3OOblock ofSouth Main St.
Upon arrival, suspected bullet holes were located in multiple businesses. Officers temporarily shut down traffic in the
area tocanvass for potential evidence. Normal traffic flow has resumed. Cunent|y, there is no evidence that anyone
was hurt during the incident. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
