Greater Valley Health Center – 1933 3rd Ave E – bldg. & site remodel – Public Works will have comments out regarding the parking lot. Planning added that there may need to have some deviations since there is an adjacent parking lot. This will
be on the agenda next week.
MSU College of Nursing – 331 Heritage Way – Planning advised that there is nothing new on the permanent easement agreement. This will be on the agenda next week.
Peak Fitness – 637 E Idaho St – fitness center – Building stated that there are issues with the submittal. Public Works will advise the applicant that the sidewalk is not ADA compliant. This will be on the agenda next week.
Mountain West – 168 Timberwolf Pkwy – plastic surgery/med spa – Public Works has comments out and needs DNRC Stormwater signoff. This will be on the agenda next week.
Flathead Co. Courthouse – 800 S Main – parking lot – Public Works has minor comments out and is waiting for the Waiver of SID and the Record Drawing Deposit. This will be on the agenda next week.
Costco – Jefferson Blvd – store/fuel station – Fire will be review plans today. Plans Examiner advised that they are not receiving timely responses. Planning advised that subdivision work will be required. The committee discussed PUD and
Plat conditions, approaches, and addressing. This will be on the agenda next week.
Dog Club Paving – 111 W Idaho St – new parking lot – Public Works has comments out. This will on the agenda next week.
