The City's Utility Billing Department is notifying customers of a recent billing error that affected sew
utility bills. Sewer volume charges were incorrectly billed at a rate of $2.24 higher per thousand
gallons than the approved rate. I
The incorrect charges appeared on bills sent out between August 15, and August 20, 2024. We deep
regret any inconvenience this may have caused our customers. I

What Customers Should Do: Customers do not need to take any action to receive the correction.
