Honorable Mayor and City Council Members,
My name is Joseph Ledwidge and I'm the owner of Ranger Joe's Pizza on the South end of Kalispell.
Thank you for the work that you do for the citizens of Kalispell. I know it's not easy sometimes having to
make difficult decisions on a daily basis being a former public servant myself.
My wife and I are blessed to live in such an amazing city with rich history and customers that love our
pizza. Q
But, we have an issue on the South side of Kalispell that has been persistent for years and now has
blighted our city and we are entering an extended period of the broken window theory.
The issue is with the old and newer Outlaw Inn.
I believe this issue must be addressed immediately to stop crime, homeless encampment, physical
danger to persons and a blight in our neighborhood.
Kalispell deserves better than this and whoever the owner is that bought this needs to immediately
address the issues I documented in the below video.

The building has much graffiti, many broken windows, nearly every door on the old Outlaw Inn is open
allowing homeless to camp there at night and providing a breeding ground for illegal activities.
This blight in our community is bringing property values down and causing a strain on an already
struggling south end of Kalispell.
Please feel free to give me the owners phone number and contact information of the old and new Outlaw
Inn so I can call him and address my concerns directly with him if possible.
In the meantime, I appreciate your time in reviewing my concerns about this area of our city. I hope to
hear back from someone on the council or the mayor. In the meantime, keep up the great work, stay safe
and we appreciate you.
P.S. please forgive any grammatical or spelling errors as I was dictating this message on my phone.
Joseph Ledwidge
