I have pictures of the side walk that was poured over a year ago before they started enforcing there 6" side walk code and the driveway is 5 to 6 inches thick.We no longer own the property and will just quit paying the water bill on this property if it does not get switched over. It was also not on the rightaway permit they approved so we are to code on what they approved when we built the house. 868 Ahern Court is the property address.
