This will go to a lawsuit if it is not resolved.We are not using the water the new owners are and we paid
our impact fees for the services that they are supposed to provide.

This is Sean with Edge LLC we have an issue with Patrick at the public works department.We closed on
a house 4 months ago and Patrick will not switch the water meter over to the owners name, saying we
did not do our side walk to code. I have pictures of the side walk that was poured over a year ago before
they started enforcing there 6" side walk code and the driveway is 5 to 6 inches thick.We no longer own
the property and will just quit paying the water bill on this property if it does not get switched over. It was
also not on the rightaway permit they approved so we are to code on what they approved when we built
the house. 868 Ahern Court is the property address. Going forward they have it on the ROW permit so we
have been doing it. Please get back to me on this matter.
