MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
July 9, 2024
CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL
The regular meeting of the Kalispell City Planning Board and Zoning Commission
CALL
was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Board members present were Chad Graham, Pip
Burke, Rory Young, Tim Stocklin, Joshua Borgardt, and Shelby Odell. Doug
Kauffman was absent. Jarod Nygren, PJ Sorensen, Kari Barnhart, and Kirstin
Robinson represented the Kalispell Planning Department. Patrick Jentz represented
the Kalispell Public Works Department.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Young moved and Burke seconded a motion to approve the minutes of the June 18,
2024 meeting of the Kalispell City Planning Board and Zoning Commission.
VOTE BY ACCLAMATION
The motion passed unanimously on a vote of acclamation.
HEAR THE PUBLIC
None.
OLD BUSINESS
Sorensen updated the board on the June 18, 2024 agenda items and the Tronstad
Meadows annexation.
NEW BUSINESS
Sorensen updated the board on the upcoming August 13, 2024 Planning Commission
Meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at approximately 6:07 PM.
WORK SESSION
Transitioned into work session on KPUD-24-02, KA-24-06, and KA-24-07.
