HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Fincher stated the landscaping work at the
Mountain Mudd business on East Idaho will be completed April 5t' — 10'
OLD BUSINESS: Heil — 749 West Center - Public Works did receive the remaining
information requested and it is "acceptable". Fincher noted there is enough room for a tree in the
boulevard area proposed. The committee approved the project. As soon as Sorensen gets a
sign -off from the Fire Chief the building permit for this project can be issued.
ASI (Van Ee Apartments) — 420 Grandview Drive — This project is still on hold.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Willow Creek PUD/subdivision. Sorensen said there is nothing
new to report.
Bloomstone Revised PUD — This project was well -received at a recent work session of the planning
board. However, the board would have liked to see specific information on the assisted living facility
proposed.
OTHER REPORTS: Silverbrook sewer system issues — Burnham noted Silverbrook is seeing
increased interest in the lots and reminded the committee there are areas that are not yet approved
for building permits to be issued due to the problems with the sewer lines. A letter is being sent
out by Public Works that addresses that issue.
