Fred at parks Public Comment from Scott Davis Aimee Brunckhorst From: Scott Davis <maxwellsnortsnort@gmail.com> Sent: Thursday, July 25, 2024 10:45 AM To: Mark Johnson; Scott Davis Cc: Kalispell Meetings Public Comment;Jana Purdy; Doug Russell; fredbicha@kalispell.com; edit@dailyinterlake.com Subject: EXTERNAL Fred at parks Hello Mark, I'm getting sick and tired of the harassment from "Fred" at city hall. The wind storm last night broke off a branch of a city tree and it fell and hit my house. No damage. But my renter asked when will the stump be removed from the other City tree that was damaging cars from its branches falling on them? She was told, not until Mr. Davis gets a parking permit where the stump is. Cars have been parking there for over twenty years, why now am I being told I need to have a parking permit, to remove a City stump? This is just more HARASSMENT from that City Departments! I'v had enough. The City manager feels he has the right to call me a liar and seems to think it is ok to argue with city taxpayers. Please, correct these two city employees. I'm still waiting for an apology from him.And get this stump removed now.At no time was I ever told or informed that I needed a parking permit to park cars there or for them to remove a city owned strump from a tree that cause thousands of dollars of damage to autos, and the claim for the damage was held off due to the promise by the city attorney's office and "FRED" to take down the tree and remove the stump after a year of"FRED" telling me it wasn't a city tree..Let me take you for a tour of the westside of Kalispell and I want"FRED" to show me all the parking permits people have got to park there cars the same way I have been doing for the last 20 years!
