HEAR THE PUBLIC: None. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Public Works is waiting on the Silos record drawings. Public Works will follow up on the revised engineers estimate for the roundabout at Three Mile Dr. OLD BUSINESS: Casa Mexico – 1600 US Hwy 93 S – TI expansion/parking lot –Public Works has a new resubmittal in their queue and advised Planning that the landscaping plans will be uploaded soon. This will be on the agenda next week. Samaritan House – 1110 2nd St W – new apartment and community building –Public Works is still waiting for confirmation of their mailroom approval from the Post Office. This will be on the agenda next week. Village Loop Mixed Use – 63 Village Loop – new mixed use bldg. – Public Works advised that they are working on a few minor things. This will be on the agenda next week. Beehive Homes PH 3 – 242 Stillwater Rd – new building – Public Works approved the backflow preventor. Plan Review is almost complete. This will be on the agenda next week. Greater Valley Health Center – 1933 3rd Ave E – bldg. & site remodel –Public Works is working with the engineer. Planning to verify the parking requirements. This will be on the agenda next week. MSU College of Nursing – 331 Heritage Way – Planning advised that the parking plan will need to be changed to meet the requirements. This will be on the agenda next week. Peak Fitness – 637 E Idaho St – fitness center – Planning emailed applicant for project status and has not received a response. This will be on the agenda next week. Red Eagle Hangar – Ryan Lane – city airport – Public Works advised that pre-treatment is applicable. Plan Review has new plans in their queue. This will be on the agenda next week. CAP – 1820 US Hwy 93 S – offices/change of use - Public Works and Plan Review have revised submittals in their queues. Public Works will require the site to be brought up to City standards. Planning to review day care requirements. The committee discussed usage of the outdoor patio.
