Board of County Commissioners with regard, to the Greenacres:
West Subdivision.
Following considerable discussion, it was the concensus of the
Board that a letter reaffirming the Board's original
recommendation would be submitted, pointing out the following
concerns:
A. That the lack of a second .t-raffic access. creates an
increased demand .on the existing, heavily travelled
Woodland Avenue, and that the County should place a high,.
priority on securing a second access route for tFis area,
on an east -west route, south of the proposed su6divi'sion;
B. That the presently, proposed park plans are inadequate, and
that the Board feels .that the full park requi'r'ement should
be taken on usable park land and if the park board. w shed
to secure the lagoon area, the park board aKou1d.purchase.
