The meeting of the Kai ispel1 Ctty-County P1anntrig Board --was,
called to order by Prestdent Fran Letntnger at'8. tom.
This special meettng was called for the conttnuat ton of the
discusston of Porta Vtlla No. 2; Addttton No, 65 as-tt related
to the Comprehenstve Plan.
Following a lengthy, dtscusston, Bill Lupton motioned that
the City Counctl gtve preltmtnary approval to Porta Vtlla No. 2,
Add t t ton No. 65 w, th cond t t tons;. Seconded by Dale. VI I tams:
6 to favor, 1 abstatned, Meadows. Motton carried,,
The conditions under which approval was recommended are.as
follows:
1. That all water and sewerage systems be approved by the State
Department of Health. and the Ctty of.Kaltspell,
2.. That Lot 13 be accepted as park and an adjotntng ,'883 acres
be accepted to.aattsfy park requtrements,
3. That the cost of/or the improvement of HawthornAvenue and
the North zz, of Yellowstone Street be borne by the developer,
and that the cost of curb, gutter and paving on Hawthorn
Avenue adjacent to the park be negottated with the Ctty
Council.
4. That the develop Install fire hydrants as directed by, the
Fire Chtef and the Ctty of,Kalispell.
.5. That a."101 drainage easement" be reserved along the North
l ine of Lots. 8 and 14 and along the west I the 'of Lot 14
as an additional drainage route should the need artse
(easement would permit any use except.constructton of
permanent structures), and that this be referred to the
City Engtneer for study and development of comprehensive
storm sewer.,plan for the area.-
6. That the City accept the addition of Porta Villa No. 2,
Add tt!on No. 65 as No, 2 Residence Dtstrtct and the
followtng restrtcttons stated on the recorded plat,.tn
final covenants and in all deeds:
