SUBJECT: Fiscal Year 2025 Budget Public Hearing
MEETING DATE: July 1, 2024
BACKGROUND: At the June 17, 2024, regular meeting, City Council authorized the
expenditure of funds necessary for day-to-day operations from the Fiscal Year 2025 budget and set a
date of July 1, 2024, for holding a public hearing prior to the final adoption of the FY2025 budget.
On August 19, 2024, Council will consider the final budget and establish respective levies.
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council hold a public hearing and
accept public comment on the FY2025 budget.
