• The meeting was attended by Councilmen Nystul, Atkinson, Larson, and staff
members Baker. Waggoner and Robertson.
1). Ambulance write offs - annual write off of ambulance charges for medicare,
medicaid, indigent and deceased claims amounted to $16,814. Will take to
the council floor for approval tonight.
2). Budget amendment - Parks dept. for the proper accounting of expenses for
recreation programs, the Urban Forestry Grant and the tractor purchase.
Resolution calling for a public hearing for June 18th.
3) Budget amendment - D.A.R.E. Grant fund. Amendment to properly account for
use of funds received as donations and expended for the program.

4) Revenue Sharing memo - Mike Baker provided a copy of the revenue sharing
memo which Don Halver had written in May 1988 which detailed the parks
dept. funds which were used for relocating'Griffin Field. It was indicated
at that time that the Parks dept. would be reimbursed from the sale of old
Griffin Field. The committee asked that a list be compiled of all of the
claims pertaining to old Griffin Field so that the council can make the
best recommendation for the use of proceeds of the sale.
5) Airport as an Enterprise Fund. It is the Clerk's desire to make the
Airport an enterprise fund now that we are managing the property. This
was agreed with by the committee. It will be effective July 1. 1990.
6) MMIA - Property proposal. We have recieved a proposal for property and
boiler insurance through the Montana Municipal Insurance Association.
The committee decided to set up a meeting with the Board of Flathead
Independant Agents (our current insurer) to review our coverages and
look at the program." The meeting will be June 21, 1990 at 7:30pm. City
Hall.
7) Airport job description will be reviewed at the June 18th finance meeting.
8) Clerk of the Council job description - The committee recommended finding out
what is the salary of the County's recording clerk and their legal secretaries
for the next meeting. At that time we will set the salary and recommend
the postion be posted in house and at the job service.

Sharing Funds assigned.to the Parks Departi[ent and the minutes indicate Parks
wets supposed to be reinbursed from the future sale of Old Griffin Paris.
