Minutes Approved The meeting was called to order at 7: 30 P.M. in
the Kalispell City Hall. Minutes of the previous
meeting were approved upon motion and second.
Engle Annexation Jeffrey and Alice Engel requested annexation and
and Zoning R-5 zoning of Lots 4 through 10, Hammers Subdivision
Request of Lot 2, Block 11, High School Addition. The
.049 acres of property are located northeast of
the corner of Ninth Avenue West and Ninth Street
West.
Jeffrey Engel stated that a house currently exists
on Lots 4 and 5 and his plans are to put one
duplex on lots 6 and 7 and one duplex on lots
8, 9, and 10.
Staff The F.R.D.O. recommended approval of annexation
Recommendations and the R-5 zoning request.
Board Approval The Board recommended approval of annexation
and R-5 zoning requests with the following conditions:
1) That the Engels waive the right of protest
for the creation of a S . I . D . , and 2) That a 20
feet wide access and utility easement be provided
along the eastern boundary of Lot 10. Motion
by Jack Peters to approve annexation, second Jack
Heller. Motion by Jack heller to approve R-5 zone,
second Roger Graham. Motions passed by unanimous
vote.
Kalispell Ann Smith informed the Board that this item had
Subdivision been cancelled from the agenda. Presently, a
Regulations work group, consisting of the City Attorney, Director
of Public Works and the F.R.D.O. staff, were making
revisions of the draft. When this group completed
their work, a special meeting would be called
of the City Council and Planning Board to review
the regulations.
Proposed R-5 Jack Heller made a motion to table this itme until
Zoning the next meeting, Roger Graham second. Motion
Classification passed unanimously.
Adjournment Meeting adjourned at 8:25 P.M. Next meeting is
scheduled for November 25, 180 at 7:30 P.M. in
the Kalispell City Hall.
