HEAR THE PUBLIC: None. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Public Works advised that the bond for Bloomstone Ph 3 is not close to being released. Planning will advise the bond holder of this. Planning sent a reminder to Edge and the engineer for Meadows Edge. OLD BUSINESS: Casa Mexico – 1600 US Hwy 93 S – TI expansion/parking lot – Public Works is getting close to approving. Planning advised that the landscaping plans are close to completion. This will be on the agenda next week. Samaritan House – 1110 2nd St W – new apartment and community building – Public Works is waiting for a waiver of SID and advised that the mailbox location approval is missing. Building advised that the truss information will be sent in July. This will be on the agenda next week. Everhome Suites – 1900 Jefferson Blvd – new hotel – Public Works’ plan review is complete. Planning advised that the landscaping plans are in process. Building has comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. Village Loop Mixed Use – 63 Village Loop – new mixed use bldg. –Building sent a follow up on their comments that were sent out. Public Works advised that they received a waiver of SID that was not recordable. This will be on the agenda next week. VA Clinic – 750 Reserve Pl – new clinic – Public Works’ review is complete. Planning advised that the landscape is under Parks’ review. Building is waiting on truss information. This will be on the agenda next week. Beehive Homes PH 3 – 242 Stillwater Rd – new building – Public Works has comments out. Building advised that the truss drawings do not match the engineering. Planning advised that Parks has landscaping plans in their queue. This will be on the agenda next week. Stillwater Crossing Apts Ph 2 – Four Mile/Stillwater Rd – new apartments – Planning advised that Parks is working with the applicant on their recreational amenity calculations. This will be on the agenda next week. Greater Valley Health Center – 1933 3rd Ave E – bldg. & site remodel – Public Works has the submittal in their queue. Building review is in process. This will be on the agenda next week. MSU College of Nursing – 331 Heritage Way – Public Works received an email from the applicant that they will be starting to work on the plans. Planning and Public Works discussed access onto Heritage. This will be on the agenda next week. Lorens Auto Yard – 1335 US Hwy 2 W – new storage yard – Public Works is close to approval. Planning approval is complete. This will be on the agenda next week. Peak Fitness – 637 E Idaho St – fitness center – Public Works has this in their queue. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Red Eagle Hangar – Ryan Lane – city airport – The committee briefly discussed the project. Birds Nest – 120 Financial Dr – daycare/school – Public Works advised that the submittal is incomplete. Planning is working with the applicant on the lot line determination and will follow up with them on their complete submittal. PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: None.
