Thank you for the opportunity to provide comment on the draft Solid Waste Master Plan. I appreciate the
thoughtfulness and care put into the information dated May 22 of this year.
After reading through the information I would like you to support the Solid Waste Assessment Adjustment outlined in
Table 1b.
The reason for my support of the adjustment outlined in Table 1b is simply that it appears that there are different costs
associated with providing solid waste collection services to the 2 different classes of residential customers. As such, each
class of residential consumer should shoulder their own respective share of the costs without either subsidizing, or being
subsidized, by the other class.
Thank you again for the opportunity to provide a comment on the draft Solid Waste Master Plan.
