I've been a Realtor in Flathead Valley for over 30 years, and I love this "best place" and all it
has to offer. I love helping people find their dream home or marketing and selling their
property as they move forward. I feel strongly that one of our greatest assets is the beauty
of our land, the amenities our land offers, and its serenity. You eliminate serenity and
beauty with spot zoning.
I think this subdivision should not be approved in this location because it does not fit in this
location. It is a square peg trying to fit in a round hole. The subdivision will add no serenity
to the homes that are squashed in it, but it will add congestion and traffic problems to
the road and neighborhood.
The access and egress to this subdivision will make Tronstead another Reserve during rush
hour.
How do school buses serve the children of this community?
It seems like with the cost of building and for these homes to be "affordable" that the home
type would have to be duplex, townhome, or zero lot line. That doesn't seem to be the
character of this neighborhood.
Why not move this subdivision further south or west where easy access for a subdivision
can be obtained?
Thankyou.
