Call to Order and
Meeting was called to order at 8:45 P.M. in the
Roll Call
Kalispell City Hall by President Jukich.
Board of County Commissioners
The next item of business was consideration of
Request — Amend Resolution
a request from the Board of County Commissioners,
No. 210A
'Flathead County, to'"amend Resolution"No"." ZIOA
to provide for 'zoning by -'the City -of Kalispell
within the three mile jurisdiction:•'
Palmer stated that he had a two hour meeting with
the City Council' and Commissioner Oldenburg and
they felt that tHi's was'County property: He also
said that they need some form of zoning in these
areas.
Jukich asked what would happen if these areas
were stretched out as far as Evergreen and if
the Comprehensive Plan would be changed to better
fit the land use.
Verma stated that by amending the Resolution that
it does not mean that the County is not going to
zone.
Motion Palmer moved that the letter from the Commissioners
be accepted and to proceed with whatever steps
are necessary. Seconded by Heller. All voted for
Old Business
New Business
the motion except Jukich who voted against. Motion
carried.
There was no old business to discuss.
There was no new business to discuss.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:50.
