Call to Order and Meeting was called to order at 8:50 P.M. by Vice
Roll Call President Jack Heller in the absence of President
Ed Trippet.
Approval of Minutes Minutes from the prior meeting were approved as
/ circulated.
Hyslip Request The next item of business was the consideration
of a request from John E. Hyslip for an amendment
to Setion 4.02 of Appendix B, Kalispell City Zoning
Ordinance to allow a lesser off-street parking
requirement for medical and dental offices.
Mohn explained the request to the Board members.
Motion Nance moved to approve the request as presented.
Seconded by Palmer. Unanimous vote. Motion carried.
Torstenson and Dasen Request A request from Torstenson and Dasen of the Outlaw
for B-6 zoning Inn for B-6 zoning on property described as Tracts
4, 4B and 4C in the S2SW4, Section 17, T28N, R21W,
P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana, was the next
topic of discussion. The property is located on
the southeast corner of Third Avenue East and
Fourteenth Street East, Kalispell.
Mohn gave a brief summary of the request.
Motion Palmer moved that the request from Torstenson
and Dasen be approved as presented. Seconded by

Graham. Unanimous vote. Motion carried.
