Subject: EXTERNAL Shelter
In my opinion, every city council member that voted to open the shelter on meridian had no
respect for the neighbors. You think they are going to become upstanding citizens because you
give them freebies? Wrong -This is on you!! I suggest we open a small facility shelter next door
to all council members who voted for this fiasco!!
