Subject: EXTERNAL City Deprivation
Quick message to say that the lower valley in and around woodland park and the city library is
overwhelmed with drug usage and trash.
Having worked in many larger cities, I find shame in the resemblance of Denver and Portland
while commuting throughout the areas mentioned.
I ask that the city work to recruit more law enforcement officers and enforce those laws already
established
