In response to questions raised and comments made during these listening sessions and to other comments which we have received, we are pleased to share with you the following commitments that we have made regarding the developments: 1. The existing trees located along the western side of the 110.57 acres will be retained and will not be cut down or otherwise removed. 2. No buildings exceeding two (2) stories in height will be allowed to be built in either Tronstad Meadows Subdivision or Whitetail Crossing Subdivision. 3. During construction of the development, the developer will instruct and direct the General Contractor that no construction vehicles or traffic will use the roadways in the Ponderosa neighborhood that lies to the south of the 110.57 acres. Please make the Mayor and all City Council Members of Kalispell aware of these commitments, for several of our adjacent neighbors have requested these restrictions. After reviewing the letters, if you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me. Sincerely, Frank Garner P O Box 10176 Kalispell, MT 59904 (406) 471-7197
