PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Mountain View Phase IA is ready but Parks hasn't signed off yet.
OLD BUSINESS:
Casa Mexico —1600 US Hwy 93 S — TI expansion/parking lot — Public Works has comments out. This will be on the
agenda next week.
EAA Training Facility —1825 Airport Rd — new training facility at City Airport — Public Works received the updated
site plan. Planning advised that the CUP is pending. Public Works and Planning discussed CUP conditions and long term
maintenance for paving. This will be on the agenda next week.
Samaritan House —1110 2nd St W — new apartment and community building — Public Works received comments and has
them in their queue. Parks contacted them to advise that there are many deficiencies on the plans. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Everhome Suites —1900 Jefferson Blvd — new hotel — Building sent comments out 5/8. Parks is working with the
architect. This will be on the agenda next week.
Flathead Industries — 91 5th Ave WN — Clearance Store — Public Works received engineering plans. Parks has in their
queue. This will be on the agenda next week.
Village Loop Mixed Use — 63 Village Loop — new mixed use bldg. Public Works and Building are waiting on responses
to comments. This will be on the agenda next week.
VA Clinic — 750 Reserve PI — new clinic — Public Works is waiting for an SID waiver that needs to go through DNRC.
This will be on the agenda next week.
Beehive Homes PH 3 — 242 Stillwater Rd — new building — Public Works has comments out. Building received responses
to comments. This will be on the agenda next week.
Stillwater Crossing Apts Ph 2 — Four Mile/Stillwater Rd — new apartments — Building received a new set of plans.
Planning advised there is no final plat. This will be on the agenda next week.
Greater Valley Health Center —1933 3rd Ave E —bldg. & site remodel — In Public Works' queue. This will be on the
agenda next week.
MSU College of Nursing — 331 Heritage Way — Planning advised that the site plan is changing. Public Works advised
that their submittals need to meet standards. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS — Peak Fitness — 627 E Idaho — The committee discussed easements, parking,
landscaping buffer, alley access, curb cuts, and fire access with the architect and owner. They will update plans and send to
Planning.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: US Bank Planter — The committee discussed US Bank's proposal to remove a
planter to straighten their drive -through lanes. Public Works to contact them regarding stormwater requirements.
Planning would like to see the tree in the planter remain in place.
