Warming Center Public Comment from Leigh Ann O'NeillThe warming center has brought "city" problems to our small town.
We never had this problem before in downtown Kalispell. I moved to the valley in 2000 to escape car theft home invasion attempted physical harm multiple times from my home Kansas City.
I don't walk downtown anymore or utilize the walking paths because I don't feel safe. I can't imagine owning a home near there.
It is a serious problem.
