Warming center issue from Isaac StaffordDear City Council of Kalispell,
I drive by the warming center daily and have witnessed the change it has had on our community from the time it first opened. Starting with a considerable amount of trash in the surrounding
areas and local businesses, to people lying on the sidewalks, and now having our post office closed at night. Along with that some of my family members have been verbally assaulted
and threatened by people who are attracted here by the warming center. Based on these circumstances I feel the warming center has become a safety concern to the city of Kalispell and
its citizens. Thanks for considering my concerns.
