The City of Kalispell, Montana is
requesting bids for the construc-
tion of the Advanced Wastewater
Treatment Plant (AWWTP)
Fermenter Rehabilitation Project.
Bids will be received via Quest-
CDN until 2:00 pm local time on
Thursday, April 25, 2024. At that
time, all Bids received will be
publicly opened and read aloud
in the City Hall First Floor Con-
ference Room, 201 1 st Avenue
East, Kalispell, Montana. The
Project includes rehabilitation
of the concrete and coatings for
the primary sludge fermenter
and miscellaneous mechanical
improvements. Information
and Bidding Documents for the`
Project can be obtained through
QuestCDN. Additional bidding
requirements and the City of
Kalispell portal to QuestCDN is
on the city website at
https://kalispell.com/bids.aspx.
A mandatory pre -bid conference
was held March 26, 2024, at
2:30 pm through a virtual online
meeting and in person at the
Kalispell Advanced Wastewater
Treatment Plant conference
room located at 2001 Airport
Way, Kalispell, MT 59901. For all
further requirements regarding
bid submittal, qualifications,
procedures, and contract award,
refer to the Instructions to
Bidders that are included in the
Bidding Documents.
