On 03/25/2024, at approximately 9:40am, Kalispell Police Officers responded to the 300 block of 7th Ave West,
regarding a disturbance with a Weapon. Both the victim and suspect were taken into custody for questioning.
The suspect was identified as Kane Youngquist. He was booked into Flathead County Detention Center on charges
of Attempted Homicide.
There will be a large police presence until late afternoon or early evening, while the MCU Team serves a search
warrant and processes the crime scene.
