HEAR THE PUBLIC: None. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Parks to look at the landscaping for The Great Indoors; they want their performance bond released. OLD BUSINESS: Casa Mexico – 1600 US Hwy 93 S – TI expansion/parking lot – Public Works is waiting on comments. Parks received
backflow information and will request more irrigation information. This will be on the agenda next week.
EAA Training Facility – 1825 Airport Rd – new training facility at City Airport – Planning advised that the Conditional Use Permit may be presented at the April Planning Commission meeting. This will be on the agenda next
week.
Samaritan House – 1110 2nd St W – new apartment and community building –Public Works have comments out. This will be on the agenda next week.
Home2 Suites – 454 Rivers Edge Loop – new hotel –Public Works and Pre-Treatment have comments out. Parks to review landscaping plans. This will be on the agenda next week.

entrance is outside of their standards. Parks advised that the sidewalks will be widened to reduce maintenance. This will be on the agenda next week.
