John moved to approve the January 9, 2024 minutes; Lincoln 2nd; approved (5-0).
Buildings: Experimental Aircraft Association —1825 Airport Road — new training facility —
Kari and Dan Skalsky presented plans, renderings, and material samples. Kari
advised that a Conditional Use Permit will be required for the parking lot. Lincoln
recommended adding a gable to the front entrance for snow control. Shawn
recommended moving the condenser to the side with the man door so it's not facing
Airport Rd. Julia liked the signage on the west elevation.
