HEAR THE PUBLIC: None. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning advised that the Silos bond was turned in. Parks and Planning discussed the damage and missing trees along the Parkline Trail. Parks is working with Mountain View. Planning advised that the FedEx parking lot bond will be released. OLD BUSINESS: Casa Mexico – 1600 US Hwy 93 S – TI expansion/parking lot – Public Works is meeting with Carver Engineering today and will remind them that they need to submit landscaping plans. Planning advised that the new parking lot does not require ADA parking but there may need to be ADA spaces added to the existing parking lot. Plan Review advised
that they received new plans for the TI this week. This will be on the agenda next week.
EAA Training Facility – 1825 Airport Rd – new training facility at City Airport – Planning advised that there will be a
Condition Use Permit required and that the building was moved to meet zoning requirements. Fire Department had no comments. This will be on the agenda next week.
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS - Birds Nest – 120 Financial Dr - new daycare facility - Fire Department will require the existing hydrant to remain and will send the apparatus sizes to R. Porch. Public Works discussed the sewer line location with Public Works. Plan Review advised that there will need to be a sidewalk at the exit for an accessible route and that the building will need to be sprinkled. Public Works requires a water main easement which is in the works and had comments on the infiltration pond. Planning advised that the parking count is 1 space per employee plus 1 space per 6 children and that 5% of the total parking area will need to be landscaped.
