2. Accept United States Tennis Association Montana Grant
This item considers accepting a grant for$750 to purchase tennis equipment for
youth sports.
F. COMMITTEE REPORTS
G. PUBLIC HEARING — State-Local Infrastructure Partnership Act of 2023
Council will consider comments regarding eligible projects using funds from this Act,
which is also referred to as SLIPA, and originates from Montana House Bill 355. The
public hearing will then be continued to February 20, 2024.

1. Resolution 6181 —Local Government Review on the Ballot
This resolution calls for the question of a local government review to be placed on
the June 4, 2024,primary election ballot pursuant to State Law.

2. Resolution 6182 — Montana Board of Investments Loan for a Solid Waste Truck
This resolution considers authorizing a loan with the Montana Board of Investments
Intercap Loan Program for the purchase of a Solid Waste Truck.
3. Resolution 6183 — Support for Depot Park Building Historic Preservation Grant
This resolution approves and supports an application by the City for a Montana
Historic Preservation Grant to fund improvements to the Depot Park Building.
4. Resolution 6184 - IRP Loan Transfer to Montana West Economic Development
Authorijy
This resolution considers the transfer of all rights and obligations of the United
States Department of Agriculture Office of Rural Development Intermediary
Relending Program funds to Montana West Economic Development.

ADMINISTRATIVE CODE
Adopted July 1, 1991
Section 2-20 Manner of Addressing Council
a. Each person not a Council member shall address the Council,at the time designated in
the agenda or as directed by the Council,by stepping to the podium or microphone,
giving that person's name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record, and
unless further time is granted by the Council, shall limit the address to the Council to
three minutes.
b. All remarks shall be addressed to the Council as a body and not to any member of the
Council or Staff.
C. No person,other than the Council and the person having the floor, shall be permitted to
enter into any discussion either directly or through a member of the Council,without the
permission of the Presiding Officer.
d. No question shall be asked of individuals except through the Presiding Officer.
