HEAR THE PUBLIC: None. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Public Works is waiting on information from Starling. Public Works will check with Parks regarding Eagle Valley Ranch Ph 1. OLD BUSINESS: Quartz Creek Dental 2 – 675 Treeline – new dental office – Public Works received plans with irrigation service but is still waiting on the waiver of SID. This will be on the agenda next week.
Parkland Meadows Lot 5 – 2183/2187/2191 Aster Rd – new apartment buildings – Nothing new from Jackola. Planning will notify Jackola that this will be removed from the agenda unless an update is received before the next
meeting. This will be on the agenda next week.
Fed Ex – 165 Schoolhouse Loop – parking lot expansion – Public Works received new plans and will be reviewing soon. Swale requirements, pavement location, and a line of credit were discussed. This will be on the agenda next week.
