TIF & TEDD
Safe Streets and Roads For All Safety Action Plan contract in negotiation with Kittelson & Associates. Marc
asked staff to ensure the selection committees comments are addressed in the contract.
Staff have not yet started work on "Welcome to Kalispell" signage RFP.
Discussion of increasing TIF policy funding level limits as market factors have had significant effects on costs of
allowable TIF work. Staff to bring draft recommendations to December meeting for URA consideration.
