Confirmation of Officer Frame® kSh® a1 KALISPELL POLICEDEPARTMENT @s�® VV Kalispell, MT 5990-3 Striving to Exceed Expectations' REPORT TO: Doug Russell, City Manager FROM: Jordan Venezio, Chief of Police SUBJECT: Police Officer Confirmation of Officer Michael Frame MEETING DATE: December 4, 2023 BACKGROUND: Police Officer Michael Frame has completed his probationary period with the Kalispell Police Department. We are recommending and requesting his confirmation as a Patrol Officer. Officer Frame came to us from the Missoula County Detention Center. Officer Frame's experience as a Detention Officer has proven to be an asset to the Kalispell Police Department. Officer Frame has quickly become a valued member of the team who is always willing to go the extra mile for the citizens of Kalispell. His calm demeanor, professional approach and quiet confidence are his greatest strengths. Michael Frame has completed the Montana Law Enforcement Academy, KPD's 14-week Field Training Program, as well as his 1-year probation where he is evaluated on a monthly basis. RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Council confirm Officer Michael Frame as a Police Officer with the Kalispell Police Department. JORDAN VENEZIO, CHIEF OF POLICE
