HEAR THE PUBLIC: None. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Public Works received an updated bond for the end of Wolfpack Way. The committee discussed allowing bond extensions or requiring completion of the cul de sac. Planning will check and advise to Public Works. OLD BUSINESS: Quartz Creek Dental 2 – 675 Treeline – new dental office – Public Works is still waiting on the waiver of SID and
irrigation plans. This will be on the agenda next week. Parkland Meadows Lot 5 – 2183/2187/2191 Aster Rd – new apartment buildings – Nothing new from Jackola. This
will be on the agenda next week.
Fed Ex – 165 Schoolhouse Loop – parking lot expansion – Public Works is still waiting for information from them. This will be on the agenda next week.
