HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Parks & Public Works discussed Tap & Games’ parking lot bond. Public Works will require a bond update. OLD BUSINESS: RDO – 3145 US Hwy 93 S – addition – This was approved.
Quartz Creek Dental 2 – 675 Treeline – new dental office – Public Works is still waiting on the waiver of SID. Plan Review and Pre-Treatment still have comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. Parkland Meadows Lot 5 – 2183/2187/2191 Aster Rd – new apartment buildings – Nothing new. James from Jackola will request Toby McIntosh to provide a project update to Planning since there have been no updates since 9/28/23. This will be on the agenda next week.
Fed Ex – 165 Schoolhouse Loop – parking lot expansion – Public Works is waiting for information from them. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – Samaritan House – 1110 2nd St W – Public Works discussed the trash enclosure, sewer and water taps, access easements, and sidewalks with Chris Spurgeon. Planning will check and advise Chris of the sidewalk requirements and possibly amending the CUP to 32 units next week.
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – Flathead Industries – 5th Ave W & Montana St – Public Works discussed snow storage, easements, stormwater, setbacks, sidewalks, and trash enclosure location with James Cummins. Parks discussed boulevard landscaping. Planning will follow up on Fire comments and advise Jackola.
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – Village Loop – Public Works discussed stormwater, geo-tech, trash enclosure, and access easements with James Cummins. Planning advised the committee that the CUP has not been approved yet.
