HEAR THE PUBLIC: None. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None. OLD BUSINESS: RDO – 3145 US Hwy 93 S – addition – Public Works is anticipating a new submittal and is working with them on the meter pit design. This will be on the agenda next week. Quartz Creek Dental 2 – 675 Treeline – new dental office – Architect Mark Johnson advised that geo-tech will be sent soon and that he is working on Parks’ comments. Mark will look for the September pre-treatment comments. Public Works is waiting on a stormwater waiver of SID. This will be on the agenda next week.
Parkland Meadows Lot 5 – 2183/2187/2191 Aster Rd – new apartment buildings – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Fed Ex – 165 Schoolhouse Loop – parking lot expansion – Public Works is waiting on information from them. Parks is working with them on landscaping. Stormwater design may need to be updated. This will be on the agenda next week.
