PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None. OLD BUSINESS:
RDO – 3145 US Hwy 93 S – addition – Public Works is waiting on civil responses and is working with them on the landscaping. Public Works will advise Chris Becker from R Porch Construction if the irrigation can be supplied from an
existing well on site. The committee also advised him that a future building on site will need to come through as a new project. This will be on the agenda next week. Quartz Creek Dental 2 – 675 Treeline – new dental office – Public Works and Plan Review have this under review. Public Works advised that they also need pre-treatment comments and will follow up with the pre-treatment coordinator. Plan Review is still waiting on geo-tech. This will be on the agenda next week. Parkland Meadows Lot 5 – 2183/2187/2191 Aster Rd – new apartment buildings – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Fed Ex – 165 Schoolhouse Loop – parking lot expansion – Public Works advised that they are working with them on a new submittal. This will be on the agenda next week.
Spring Creek Park Bldg 1 – Three Mile Dr– new apartment building – Planning advised that the application was withdrawn.
