Weld/Your airportTo the City Council, I understand you are considering closing your
airport. That would be very shortsighted.
The airport has the potential to bring visitors and income to your
area. I am planning to stop by with my family as we fly around the
western states this summer.
A properly run airport can be as positive for a community as a
baseball field or a park and produce more employment too! The whole
trick is to work with people that love aviation and understand business
to make sure it is useful and properly utilized.
