HEAR THE PUBLIC: None. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Parks to check Westview Estates’ email and get back to them. OLD BUSINESS: RDO – 3145 US Hwy 93 S – addition – Public Works has comments in their queue, Parks is still waiting on landscaping. This will be on the agenda next week.
Quartz Creek Dental 2 – 675 Treeline – new dental office – Public Works and Building sent comments out. This will be on the agenda next week.
Parkland Meadows Lot 5 – 2183/2187/2191 Aster Rd – new apartment buildings – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Spring Creek Park Bldg 1 – Three Mile Dr– new apartment building – Planning advised that a $96k plan review fee is required prior to continuing with site review. Final Plat still needs to be obtained. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
Fed Ex – 165 Schoolhouse Loop – parking lot expansion – This is in Public Works’ queue. Terry Cramer discussed paving and a letter of credit with the committee.
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – 5 6TH Ave W parking lot – Jana & Tanner Roach discussed parking requirements, Center Street improvements, water meter location, and usage. Planning will check with Community Development and advise the Roach’s if funds are available to assist in development. Public Works to advise them of alley improvement
requirements.
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – Home2 Suites – Stillwater Bend - Public Works and Building provided preliminary comments to Andy & Malia from TD&H.
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – Lofts at Buffalo Hill – 185 Crestline Ave. – Public Works provided comments to James from Jackola. Planning advised that the usage needs to be defined and recommended that the usage be assisted
living which will trigger a TIS.
