This item considers zoning of R-4 (Residential) for an 18-lot residential subdivision
on 4.57 acres at 40 Valley View Drive.

City Manager Russell spoke regarding a housekeeping Budget Amendment regarding money from
an Old School Station reserve transfer that was used on the Parkline Trail and that needs to be
transferred back to the General Fund. He stated a Resolution of Intent will be presented on October
2 and a public hearing should be held on October 16, at which time council should also take action
on the item.
Councilor Graham spoke regarding his opinion that there is misinformation in the community
regarding Impact Fees and that he is planning on pushing back on anything incorrect that he hears.
He referenced Junegrass Place as justification for the impact fee decision.
Councilor Hunter responded to Councilor Graham's remarks.
Mayor Johnson directed anyone with questions regarding Impact Fees or anything else to contact
Mr. Russell, any council member, or himself.
